Comment the slide number of their favourite style from the carousel + tag one friend (Example: “#3 @bestie”)
Entry Limits: Unlimited entries permitted (each must tag a different friend). Only comments on the official post will be valid.
Prizes:

Winner receives one (1) piece of their choice from the new collection carousel (subject to availability).

Tagged friend in the winner’s comment receives a $200 AUD Auguste digital voucher.

Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Terms & Conditions
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Import Fees (including returns) for international shipments, if applicable, are charged to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of what import charges may be applicable in your country.
In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorization on behalf of the recipient designated in your order. 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail or prior to purchase.
If you refuse a shipment from Auguste The Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Auguste The Label. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Auguste The Label is not responsible for returns that are not received.

Special offers
From time to time, customers will receive special offers via email or SMS. These are unable to be used in conjunction with any other offer, including Loyalty Rewards. If your special offer includes a minimum spend, your order must reach this amount for your offer to apply. If your order is refunded, the amount will be less any discounts received, and your offer is unable to be used again.
Auguste Insider Loyalty Rewards
Customers can earn loyalty rewards by signing up for the Auguste Insider Loyalty Program and making qualifying purchases. Once enrolled, customers can redeem loyalty points for savings on their orders at checkout by selecting the reward from the drop-down menu. Points can be redeemed in the following increments: 200 points for $10 off, 400 points for $20 off, 600 points for $30 off, 800 points for $40 off, 1,000 points for $50 off, 1,200 points for $60 off, 1,400 points for $70 off, 1,600 points for $80 off, 1,800 points for $90 off, and 2,000 points for $100 off. To redeem a reward between $10 and $80, customers must spend a minimum of $100; for a $90 reward, a minimum spend of $110 is required; and for the $100 reward, customers must spend at least $120. Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Any refunds issued will be less any discounts applied, and reward points used during the transaction will not be refunded. Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to the loyalty program’s terms.
Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. Auguste the Label will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Auguste The Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. Auguste the Label cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce customs fees. Please note, we currently do not ship to Israel, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Qatar, Russia, and Syria.
Tariff & Import Duty Policy (Applicable to U.S. Customers)
As of recent changes in U.S. trade policy, all international shipments entering the United States, regardless of value or country of origin, may now be subject to import duties, tariffs, or customs fees imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Please be aware of the following:

Duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs listed on our website.

Historically, most of our shipments fell below the $800 de minimis threshold and were exempt from tariffs. However, this exemption has now been removed for all shipments.

Our products are manufactured in various countries, including India, Indonesia, and China. Country of origin may vary by item.

If you choose to refuse a shipment, please be aware that you will still be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any duties, taxes, and return shipping fees incurred during the return process. These fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.
